Pack Runs are the most fun, practical and exciting way your dog can exercise. Exercise is crucial for dogs to lead healthy, happy and trouble-free lives; however, the reality is that many city dogs don’t get enough. Our signature pack runs were founded to ensure higher energy breeds such as Vizlas, Rhodesian Ridgebacks, Golden Retrievers, Dalmatians, Border Collies, Labradors and German Shepards, to name a few, who need significantly more than just an hour walk each day, were able to get it. Our Pack Runs take place every morning on the beautiful Wimbledon common. From freshwater to woodlands, there is a diversity of habitats to stimulate the dogs and an impressive range of flora and fauna. Our experienced team members only ever take out a maximum of 4 dogs to create a safe and manageable environment. The morning is split into two parts – we start with an adventure walk roaming through the common, and then for the second half, we run a 9 km loop of the common. The dogs are put in the most efficient group possible to enhance their running abilities but also in a group that improves their social skills. Our adventure walks provide the dogs with positive and enriching experiences. We always walk a guaranteed 5km and keep exploring through scent at the walk’s core. Allowing dogs time to sniff and explore their environment fulfils a significant part of their sensory needs that just walking doesn’t. Sniffing makes them happy and provides an outlet for their hard-wired natural behaviours.
